摘要
对于小分子多肽的分析目前多采用甘油—SDS—PAGE系统 ,但经实践后发现 ,此系统电泳时间太长 ,导致小分子扩散丢失较多 ,小分子成像不清。后经用尿素代替甘油 ,同时降低三层胶的浓度 ,制成 15.5%T(C =6 % )的分离胶、10 %T(C =3% )的间隙胶与 4 %T(C =3% )的浓缩胶 ,结果不但节省了电泳时间 ,且小分子多肽成像清楚。
the glycerol-SDS-PAGE technique was mostly used to determinate the low molecular weights peptides at present. But. The electrophoresis time was so long that a large amount of low molecular weights diffused. So, the imagine of low molecular weights obscure. An improve urea-SDS-PAGE technique was proposed. The concentration of separation gel interspace gel and enrichment gel were 15.5%T(C=6%).10%T (C=3%) and 4%T(C=3%).respectively.the electrophoresis time saved and the imagine of low molecular weights peptides was clear .\;
