摘要
建立了盘式无刷直流电动机的瞬变电磁场计算模型,通过变网络方程将盘式无刷直流电动机的外电路与电磁场耦合起来,并通过考虑盘式电机磁场三维分布的影响,对盘式电机的二维电磁场模型进行了完善,建立了盘式无刷直流电机动态性能仿真较完整的数学模型,提高了动态性能仿真的精度。提出了“相带运动法”模型,较好地处理了盘式的电机定、转子相对运动问题。用本文的方法对盘式无刷直流电动机样机进行了分析,取得了满意的效果。
Combining transient electromagnetic field equation with electric circuit equation, and taking into account the effect of 3-D distribution of air gap magnetic field in disc type motor, an accurate mathematical model simulating the dynamic performances of brushless DC motor system of disc type is developed in this paper. The phase moving model dealing with the rotor movement of disc type motor is also built up. Finally, the method is applied to the analysis of a prototype motor, and the experiment results agree with the calculated ones.
