Sugar uniform-Transportation Automation Control System in Sugar-Refinery

本文介绍了ＰＬＣ控制的糖厂均衡输蔗自动控制系统的设计与开发。系统以 ＰＬＣ为控制核心，使用核子秤检测蔗层厚度，通过控制输蔗机的速度实现了甘蔗蔗丝流量的均衡输送。通过上位监控程序完成输蔗的计量和控制参数的在线设置。系统在云南勐省糖业公司应用后，取得了良好的效果。

This paper inboduces the design and application of sugar_filar thickness aumation system in sugar_refinery. The thickness of minced-Sugar is measured by nuclear scaler,at the same time the transportation speed is adjusted by PLC controling. The monitor software runned on top_computer by developed with Delphi implement sugar weight -measure, dynamic monitoring and control parameters modified online. It obtained good result with the application of the Mengsheng sugar corporation of Yunnan.
