摘要
全自动投料系统替代了人工称量投料生产。以工控主机及控制软件为核心，结合ＰＬＣ、高精度温度表、计量秤等外围设备对生产过程进行控制。本文论述了其工作原理、软硬件组成和特点。
Full - Automatic Balancing System replaced traditional production by men in manufacturing. Based on the industri- al computer and software, combined with PLC, high preci- sion thermometer, high precision balance and someperip heral equipment, the system controls all process of production This paper presents its working principle, hardware composing, software composing and characteristics.
