摘要
本文试图从认识素质教育内涵入手 ,结合图书馆的工作实践 ,阐述在实施素质教育中 ,图书馆应怎样发挥支持、服务和教育职能 。
This paper examines the concept of competence education and suggests that university libraries can function as facilitators,ervice providers and educators in competence education of students.
