癌症患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平与功能指标变化 被引量:24

摘要 目的 了解癌症患者血浆纤维蛋白原含量和功能状态。方法 用蕲蛇酶水解纤维蛋白原,通过计算机自动检测系统测定以下项目:①纤维蛋白单体聚合反应速率(FMPS);②最大吸光度(Amax);③纤维蛋白原含量(Fbg∶c);④反应延滞时间(DT);⑤纤维蛋白原功能指数(FI)。结果 癌症1组FMPS、Amax、Fbg∶c含量均升高,DT缩短,与正常对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),FI虽上升但无统计学意义。癌症2组FMPS、Amax、Fbg∶c含量升高更为明显,与正常对照组及癌症1组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01及0.05),FI上升亦无统计学意义。结论 两组癌症患者Fbg∶c含量均明显高于正常对照组,Amax数值亦增高,证实癌症患者存在着高凝状态。FMPS、DT数值均可反映纤维蛋白单体的聚合功能,FMPS数值高于正常对照组,DT数值明显缩短,均说明纤维蛋白单体聚合功能明显增强。本资料有转移灶的癌症2组患者Fbg∶c、Amax、FMPS数值均明显高于无转移灶的癌症1组,DT明显缩短,这说明高凝状态与癌症的轻重程度有关。有转移灶的癌症患者高凝程度较无转移灶癌症尤甚。 Objective To study the content and function of plasma fibrinogen (Fbg) in 120 cases of carcinoma (pulmonary carcinoma, hepatic carcinoma,gastric carcinoma, colon carcinoma,ect) Method Acutulase hydrolyzed Fbg was used by means of computer automatic detection system to detect:①Fibrin monomer polymerization reaction speed (FMPS);②Maximum affracteion lominosity (Amax);③Fbg concentraton (Fbg∶C);④Reaction delayed time (DT);⑤Function index (FI) (FMPS/Amax) Results The numerical values of Fbg∶c,Amax and FMPS in cancer groups 1 were significantly higher and DT was significantly lower than those of control groups The numerical values of Fbg∶c ,Amax, FMPS and DT in cancer groups 2 were markedly different from those of cancer group 1 and control group Conclusion The content and function of Fbg in carcinoma patients were significantly higher than those of the control group and the change was much more significant in case of the transferred carcinoma A high coagulation state and a tendency of thrombosis in plasma of cancer patient were revealed
