健脾益肾汤对地塞米松诱导的脾淋巴细胞凋亡的影响

Effect of Jianpiyishen Tang on Spleen Lymphocyte Apoptosis

目的 研究中药复方健脾益肾汤对地塞米松诱导的脾淋巴细胞凋亡的影响。方法 采用体外细胞培养的方法 ,以荧光显微镜、电镜、琼脂糖凝胶电泳、流式细胞仪分析等技术进行观测。结果 荧光显微镜、电镜、琼脂糖凝胶电泳显示 :地塞米松 (10 - 6 mol/L)组出现典型的细胞凋亡表现 ,健脾益肾汤组较地塞米松组有一定程度的恢复 ;流式细胞仪分析显示 :健脾益肾汤组与地塞米松组相比 ,脾淋巴细胞凋亡率减少 (P <0 .0 5)。

? Objective To study the effect of Jianpiyishen Tang(JPYST),a compound prescription of Chinese herbs,on spleen lymphocyte apoptosis.Methods Lymphocyte apoptosis cultured in vitro were detected and observed to estimate the effect of Jiabpiyishen Tang by fluorescence microscopy,electron microscopy,garose gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry analysis.Result It was indicated that Dex-p-treated (10 -6 M) lymphocyte displayed typical apoptosis and lymphocyte treated with Dex-p( -6 M)+ JPYST (400μg/ml) was on the mend to a certain extent by Fluorescence microscopy,electron microscopy.and garose gel electrophoresis.Compared with group treated with Dex-p,Apoptosis rate of spleen lymphocyte treated with Dex-p( -6 M)+ JPYST(400μg/ml) obviously decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion The resluts show that JPYST has inhibition on Dex-p-induced apoptosis. 〔
