摘要
目的 :观察阴茎肿瘤 pl6及EGFR的表达 ,探讨其在阴茎肿瘤发生、发展中的作用。 方法 :应用免疫组织化学SABC法分别检测阴茎正常皮肤、阴茎鳞癌中p16及EGFR表达。结果 :阴茎鳞癌p16表达率低于正常组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,pl6蛋白在低分化鳞癌、中分化鳞癌、高分化鳞癌及正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为 16 7%、3 8 9%、5 7 9%、80 %。EGFR在低分化鳞癌、中分化鳞癌、高分化鳞癌及正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为 83 3 %、5 3 3 %、3 9 5 %、10 %。EGFR在鳞癌中表达率高于正常组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :pl6蛋白的表达降低、EGFR的过表达在阴茎肿瘤的发生中起重要的作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of p16 and EGFR in the penial tumor.Methods:Using immunohistochemistry SABC method,the expression of p16 and EGFR were examined in normal penial cutaneous tissue,penial squamous cell carcinoma(PSCC).Results:The expression rate of PSCC was significantly lower than that of normal penial cutaneous tissue(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of p16 protein in differentiated carcinoma and normal tissues was 16.7%、38.9%、57.9%、80% respectively.The positive expression rate of EGFR in poorly differentiated carcinoma to well differentiated carcinoma and normal tissues was 83.3%、55.6%、39.5%、10% respectively.The expression rate of PSCC was significantly higher than that of normal tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion:Descended expression of p16 protein and excessive expression of EGFR may play an important role in PSCC.
