硫酸镁对大鼠急性颅脑损伤后白介素-1β表达的影响

Influences of magnesium sulfate on expression of interleukin-1β in rats with acute cerebral injury

目的 研究硫酸镁对急性颅脑损伤后白介素 1β (Interleukin 1β,IL 1β)表达的影响 ,进一步探讨镁离子保护创伤神经元的可能机理。方法 建立大鼠脑外伤模型 ,采用免疫组化方法观察镁离子对颅脑损伤后IL 1β表达的影响。结果 实验大鼠大脑局部损伤区及周围神经细胞中IL 1β阳性产物表达明显增加 ,伤后 4h ,8h ,12h较 1h升高非常显著 (P<0 0 1) ;伤后给予硫酸镁可以抑制IL 1β的过高表达 ,其组织学中神经组织变性、坏死及血管炎性反应也明显减轻。结论 颅脑损伤后 ,受损脑组织中IL 1β表达增加 ,硫酸镁可以通过抑制伤后IL 1β表达 ,起到保护创伤神经元的作用。

Objective To observe the influences of magnesium sulfate on IL 1 β expression and investigate the possible mechanism of magenesium sulfate on traumatic neurons.Methods SD rats were subjected to brain injury,and IL 1 β expression in nerve cells was determined by immunohistochemical staining.Results After brain injury,positive IL 1 β expression was found in local cerebral tissue and nerve cells.IL 1 β expression significantly increased at 4,8,12 hours compared with 1 hour following brain injury(P<0 01).Magnesium sulfate could reduce IL 1 β expression.Meanwhile,the nerve degeneration,necrosis and vasculoinflamatory reaction of tissue were also attenuated markedly.Conclusion In traumatic cerebral tissue following the histologic degeneration,the expression of IL 1 β were increased while magnesium sulfate has inhibitory effect on IL β expression.
