自体骨移植在修复齿槽突裂中的应用研究

The application of autologous bone in repairing the cleft alveoluses

目的 探讨骨移植在修复先天性齿槽突裂中的意义。方法 对 15例行植骨术的患者进行总结分析。在选择手术的适应症、手术方法、效果评价供骨区选择及术前、术后处理等问题上进行探讨。结果 应用髂骨松质骨移植的 15例患者X线片示骨愈合良好 ,密度同正常骨组织 ,成功率达 93 .33 %。结论 自体骨移植修复牙槽突裂是一种可推广的手术 ,术区的严密关闭是植骨成功的关键。植骨术前后应接受正畸治疗 。

Objectives To explore the application of bone transplantation in repairing the congenital cleft alveoluses.Methods To analys 15 patients who has conducted bone grafting and discuss the operated adjustment、methods、results、evaluation and managment before or after operation.Results 15 patients' bone cured well.the bone density is same as normal bones.the successful rate is 93.33% .Conclusions The bone grafting is effective to repair the cleft alveoluses and should be populated.Perfectly closing the operating area are the keys of success.The patients should be treated by orthodontic early before and after operation.The best selcetion of bone site is ilium.
