丹参对缺血再灌注心肌脂质过氧化及其TXA_2/PGI_2平衡关系的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的和方法 用硫代巴比妥酸比色法和放免方法检测缺血再灌注家兔心肌丙二醛 (MDA)及血浆血栓素A2 (TXA2 )、前列环素 (PGI2 )浓度变化 ,探讨氧自由基 (OFR)与TXA2 、PGI2 在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。结果 与对照组比较缺血及再灌注组心肌组织MDA明显升高 ,心肌组织含水量增加 ,再灌注组血浆TXA2 浓度及TXA2 /PGI2 比值高于对照组 ,TXA2 与心肌组织MDA含量呈正相关 (r =0 73,P <0 0 5 )。结论OFR与TXA2 /PGI2 平衡失调相互作用 ,可能共同参与心肌缺血再灌注损伤的发生。丹参可减轻上述的变化。 Objective To explore the role of oxygen free redicals(OFR) and TXA 2 PGI 2 in myocardial ischemia/reprefusion injury. Methods The content of MDA of myocardial tissue and concentration of TXA 2 and PGI 2 of plasma was determined by the TBA and RIA methods. Results The content of MDA and water of myocardial in the myocardial ischemia group and ischemia/reprefusion group is higher than that in the control group.The level of TXA 2 and TXA 2/PGI 2 of plasma in the ischemia/reprefusion group is higher than that in the control group.In the ischemia/reprefusion group,the concentration of TXA 2 of plasma was positively correlated with the content of MDA of myocardial tissue(r=0 73 P <0 05). Conclusion These results suggested that there was a synergic action between OFR and TXA 2/PGI 2 which might play an important role in the myocardial ischemia/reprefusion injury.Salviae miltiorrhizae could reverse these changes.
