摘要
本文介绍了脉宽调制式高速开关型效字阀的新结构和新的控制方案。针对高速开关阀对切换时间的要求,本文采用双电平控制方法,缩短了数字阀的切换时间.文中对比了单电平与双电平驱动的试验结果,并进行了分析。另外,介绍了机电液一体化的结构方案。
This paper shows new structure and new control method of PWM high-speed on-off digital valve. Two-level control method is used so as to satisfy the requirement of reducing the on-off time of digital valve, and the
experimental results of single-and two-level drives are compared and explained in this paper. Additionally, the scheme of integrating machinery, electronics and hydraulics is introduced.
