摘要
目的 研究六合氨基酸注射液生产工艺 ,以解决灯检率偏低的问题。方法 用正交设计法 ,选择L9(33 )表。结果与结论 将药液加热沸腾 40分钟 ,半成品pH值控制到 4 7,灌装前药液冷却至 2 5℃为最佳方案 ,灯检率可达 99 3%。
Objective Determine the production technology of six-aminoacid injection to solve the problem that the acceptable rate through visual inspection is pretty low. Methods Utilize orthogonal design method and chose the table L9(3 3). Results and Conclusion The best procedure is the commbination of these three points and the acceptable rate through visual inspection can reach 99 3%. (1) Heat the drug solution to boiling for 40 minutes. (2)Control the pH of the semifinished product to 4 7.(3)Cool the solution to 25℃ before packaged.
