摘要
目的 研究榄香烯协同抗CD3-抗胶质瘤双特异性抗体免疫治疗胶质瘤的作用。方法 外周血单个核细胞 (HuPBL)转输入重度联合免疫缺陷 (SCID)鼠 ,皮下移植人脑胶质瘤 ,腹腔注入双特异性抗体 ,通过测量肿瘤、流式细胞仪分析、原位杂交法 ,观察潜伏期 ,肿瘤体积及人淋巴细胞浸润。结果 移植鼠潜伏期 ,肿瘤增殖速度延长 ,活化的HuPBL大量定位肿瘤组织。结论 榄香烯协同双特异性抗性体生物治疗 ,有可能成为肿瘤生物治疗新途径。
Objective To study the cooperation of elemene with anti-CD3-anti-glioma bispecific antibody on the tumor immunotherapy. Methods Human peripheral blood lymphocytes(HuPBL)were transferred into severe combined immunodeficiency(SCID)mice by tail vein,transplanting human glioma cells into its subcuties and injecting bispecific antibody into SCID mice.The latent period of tummor,the ratio of tumor inhibiting and the degree of lymphocytes infiltrating into xenografted tumor were observed by FACS and indirect Flupreseace insite hybridism. Results The incubation period and speed of glioma proliforation were obviously retarded and most lymphocytes were found in tumor tissue. Conclusion A new way could be set up for tumor biological immunotherapy by use of elemene cooperating bispecific antibody.
