摘要
目的 :对中药能否预防和减轻肝癌化疗栓塞 (Transcatheterarterialchemoembolization ,TACE)后所引起的栓塞综合征进行观察。方法 :45例中晚期肝癌患者随机分成西药组 (n =2 2 )和中西药组 (n =2 3)。两组在TACE后均予西药对症处理 ,中西药组在TACE前、后服用健脾补气中药 ,TACE后再对症选药。结果 :两组恶心、呕吐发生率分别为 :中西药组 (Ⅰ° 37 2 5 %、Ⅱ° 2 9 41%、Ⅲ° 9 80 %。Ⅳ° 0 % ) ;西药组 (Ⅰ°2 1 74%、Ⅱ°47 83%、Ⅲ°2 1 74%、Ⅳ°2 17% ) ,两组发生程度比较 ,P <0 0 5 ,有显著性差异。两组发热发生率分别为 :中西药组 (轻度 2 9 41%、中度47 0 6 %、重度 19 6 1% ) ;西药组 (轻度 13 0 4%、中度 43 48%、重度 41 30 % ,两组发生程度比较 ,P <0 0 5 ,有显著性差异。两组腹痛发生率分别为 :中西药组 (轻度 49 0 2 %、中度 2 3 5 3%、重度 1 96 % ) ;西药组 (轻度 39 13%、中度41 30 %、重度 8 70 % ) ,两组发生程度比较 ,P <0 0 5 ,有显著性差异。结论 :预防和减轻肝癌TACE后所引起的恶心呕吐、发热、腹痛 。
Purpose:To observe the effect of Chinese herbs in prevention and reduction of TACE (Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization) syndrome. Methods:45 advanced liver cancer patients were divided into two groups: group A (Western medicine group, n=22) and group B(western medicine combined with Chinese herbs group, n=23).Western mediunes were used to alleviate TACE syndrome in both the group A and group B after TACE, invigorating the spleen and invigorating vital energy Chinese herbs were add only in group B before and after TACE.Results:The percentage of nausea and vomiting in two groups are:group A (Ⅰ° 21 74%, Ⅱ° 47 83%, Ⅲ° 21 74% and Ⅳ° 2.17%), group B(Ⅰ°37 25%, Ⅱ° 29 41%, Ⅲ°9 8% and Ⅳ° 0%). The difference is statistically significant between the two groups ( P <0 05). The fever rates in groups A and B were mild (13.04% and 29.41%),moderate (43.48% and 47.06%) and serious (41.3% and 19.61%), respectively. The occurence of abdominal pain in group A and B was mild (39.13% and 49.02%), moderate (41.3% and 23.53%), serious (8.7% and 1.96%) respectively. The differences for fever and abdomen pain ( P <0 05) were significant between the two groups.Conclusions:Western medicine combined with Chinese herbs have better results in prevention and reduction of TACE syndrome (vomiting,nausea, fever and abdominal pain) than the western medicine only.
