400mg达克宁栓3日疗法治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病临床观察

Study of the efficacy of 400mg miconazole nitrate capsule in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.

目的 观察 40 0mg达克宁栓 3日疗法治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的临床疗效。方法 随机的多中心临床试验 ,研究对象分为两组 ,实验组连续使用达克宁 40 0mg栓 3天 ,对照组连续使用达克宁 2 0 0mg栓 7天。于试验前、用药后 2周、4周进行阴道分泌物念珠菌镜检与培养、症状及体征评分。结果 用药后 2、4周对照组 ,实验组的临床有效率分别为 :95 1%、91 8% ;96 8%、93 7% ,念珠菌镜检及培养的治疗有效率为 :93 4%、91 8% ;96 8%、87 3% ,组间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。实验组依从性更高。结论 两种疗法皆可有效、安全地治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病。达克宁 40 0mg栓

Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of 400mg miconazole nitrate capsule in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods Randomized multicenter study was designed.The subjects were divided into 200mg group and 400mg group.In the 200mg group,subjects received 1 capsule/day for 7 days and in the 400mg group,they received 1capsule/day for 3days.Microscopic examination and culture of the vaginal discharge were performed before the trial,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.Results The effective rate on clinical symptoms and microoganism were similar in both groups.At the 2 th and 4 th weeks of treatment the efficacy rate for clinical symptoms were 95 1%、91 8%;96 8%、93 7% respectively;;for microoganism 93 4%、91 8%;96 8%、87 3%.There were no significant differences between two groups(P>0 05).The compliance of 400mg group was better.No serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion Both miconazole nitrate capsule 200mg and 400mg are effective in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis and there is no serious side effect.Miconazole nitrate capsule 400mg increases the compliance of treatment.
