摘要
目的:研究注射用头孢呋辛钠与注射用穿琥宁、葛根素注射液、氨甲苯酸注射液、酚磺乙胺注射液在0.9%氯化钠输液中配伍的稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法考察各混合液室温条件下(15~25℃)配伍后0~6 h内含量的变化,同时观察pH值及外观的变化。结果:头孢呋辛钠与葛根素配伍后含量及外观稳定,但pH值有变化:与酚磺乙胺、穿琥宁、氨甲苯酸配伍后含量、外观、pH值均稳定。结论:头孢呋辛钠可与酚磺乙胺、穿琥宁、氨甲苯酸在0.9%氯化钠输液中配伍应用,但与葛根素配伍应用则不妥。
Objectives: To study the compatibility of cefuroxime sodium injection with Chuanhuning injection, puerarin injection, p-aminomethylbenzoic acid injection, and elamsilate injection in 0.9 % sodium chloride injection. Methods: Ultraviolet spectropho-tometry was used for exploring the changes of content, solution appearance, and pH. Results: There were no evident changes in appearance and content, and pH was stable except cefuroxime sodium mixed with puerarin injection. Conclusions: Cefuroxime sodium individually mixed with etamsilate, Chuanhuning, p-aminomethylbenzoic acid in 0.9 % sodium chloride injection was feasible, but cefuroxime sodium mixed with puerarin in 0.9 % sodium chloride injection was unsuitalbe.
