白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂的处理

Management of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification for cataracts and PC-IOL implantation in the meantime.

目的 探讨白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂的处理及一期后房人工晶状体 (PC IOL)植入的方法和技巧。方法 对66例 67眼超声乳化术中后囊破裂用回压法处理玻璃体脱出并同期植入PC IOL。结果 61眼术后视力≥ 0 5 ,未见严重并发症。结论 本方法在一定条件下是一种处理超声乳化术中后囊破裂并同期植入PC IOL的简便、易行、安全和有效的方法。

Objective To investigate and disscuss the management of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification for cataract and the technique of PC-IOL implantation in the meantime.Methods The backward pressure was used to manage the prolapse of vitreous with posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification and to implant PC-IOL in 67 eyes of 66 cases with cataract.Results Postoperative vision of 61 eyes in the group was 0.5 or more.No severe complications happened.Conclusions The management is a simple,easy,safe and effective method for posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification and PC-IOL implantation at the sametime in a certain condition.
