Medpor种植体在眼科重建术中的应用

The application of the Medpor porons polyethylene flexblock implant in blepharoplasty.

目的 Medpor外科种植体在眼睑重建术中的应用价值。方法 采用Medpor外科种植体施行眼睑重建术 ,术后随访 4～ 2 4月 (平均 8月 ) 5例 ,观察其疗效。结果 全部患者术后眼睑形态恢复 ,外观满意 ,无一例感染或植入物脱出。结论 Medpor是一种较为理想的植入材料 ,为眼科临床整形术提供了一种可利用的材料。

Objective To evaluate the application of the Medpor porons polyethylene flexblock implant in blepharoplasty.Methods To perform blepharoplasty for 5 cases with the Medpor porons polyethylene flexblock implant,followed up 4～24 months (average 8 months) after operation and observed the effect.Results All cases eyelids restored and the outlines were satisfactory,there was not a case with the implant out.Conclusions The Medpor porons polyethylenes flexblock implant is a more promising material and providesan available material for clinical reconstruction in ophthalmology.
