自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的观察

Clinical observation on autografting of corneal limbus stem cells for pterygium surgery.

目的 观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法 随机采用自体角膜缘移植术 (甲组 )与结膜移植术(乙组 )治疗 95例 ( 10 5眼 )翼状胬肉 ,术后随访观察 6～ 12月。结果 甲组复发率为 1.85 % ,乙组为 17.65 % ,经 χ2 检验 ,甲组复发率低于乙组。结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉 ,术后复发率低 ,安全有效 ,是一种较好的方法。

Objective To observe the effect of corneal limbus autografting on pterygium.Mehtods 95 cases(105 eyes) of pterygium were treated randomly with corneal limbus autografting(group Ⅰ) or conjunctival epithelium grafting(group Ⅱ).Patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.Results The post-operative relapse rate of group Ⅰ is 1.85%, group Ⅱ is 17.65%.Statistically the relapse rate of group Ⅰ is lower than that of group Ⅱ( P <0.05).Conclusions Corneal limbus autografting is a safe,effective and lower relapse rate method to treat pterygium.
