PRK术后丝状角膜炎的预防和治疗

Treatment and prevention of keratitis filamentosa after PRK.

目的 探讨准分子激光光学角膜切削术 (PRK)术后发生丝状角膜炎的病因、治疗和预防措施。方法 采用美国compak 2 0 0型扫描式准分子激光机对 5 16例 10 0 3眼近视伴散光者行PRK治疗 ,手术按常规进行。结果 99.6%术眼术后 3天角膜创面修复。使用角膜接触镜的 76例 15 2眼未出现丝状角膜炎 ,使用眼垫包眼的 44 4例 85 1眼中的 10 2眼 ,在术后 3～ 5天 ,于上皮修复区出现卷丝状角膜炎 ,占眼垫使用组的 12 %。结论 去除病灶、控制炎症可获治愈。术后软性角膜接触镜使用可起预防作用。

Objective To explore the cause of,treatment and prevention of keratitis filamentosa after photorefractive keratectomy(PRK).Methods 1003 myopic eyes were treated with compak-200 PRK system,and with convention to observe the corneal epithelium repairing after PRK.Results The cornea corrected three day after PRK(99.6%),444 cases(851 eyes) with the eye pad,102 eyes(12%) had the keratitis filamentosa in 3 to 5 day after PRK at the operation area.76 cases(152 eyes) with contact lenses didn't happen.Conclusions The key points of surgery are to debriode the focus and to control the inflammation.
