上斜肌麻痹的手术疗效分析

Analysis of surgical treatments of superior oblique palsies.

目的 比较上斜肌麻痹的不同术式的疗效。方法 对 316例上斜肌麻痹患者的不同手术方式进行分析。结果 几种不同手术方式治愈率分别为 90 .48% ,80 .65 % ,47.37% ,33.3% ,84%和 81.7%。结论 斜视≤ 10°的患者 ,行单纯下斜肌部分切除术效果最好 ;斜视 >10°的患者 ,行下斜肌部分切除加对侧眼下直肌徙后术效果较好 ;上斜肌麻痹伴有内、外斜患者 1次行下斜肌部分切除加内、外斜矫正效果亦较好。

Objective To compare the effective of various kinds of surgery of superior oblique palsies(SOP).Methods Various kinds of surgery of 316 cases of SOP were summed up and analyzed.Results The cure rates in various kinds of surgery were 90.48%?80.65%?47.37%? 33.3%? 84% and 81.7% respectively.Conclusions For the patients with hyperdeviation≤10°,the best effect was received through the simple partial excision of IO;For the patients with hyperdeviation>10°,the partial excision of IO and IR recession of the opposite eye was better.For the patients of SOP with ESO or EXO,the better effect was received through the partial excision of IO and the correction of ESO or EXO simultaneously.
