功劳去火片的体外溶出度考察

Study on Dissolution Rate of Gonglaoquhuo Tablets

本文报告以水为释放介质 ,按中国药典 2 0 0 0年版溶出度测定法第一法操作 ,用紫外分光光度法在 2 76nm处测定功劳去火片中黄芩苷的吸收度 ,并计算功劳去火片的累积溶出度 ,提取参数 (T5 0 、Td、m)并对参数进行相关性研究。结果不同批号的功劳去火片样品的溶出参数有极显著性差异(P<0 .0 1 ) ,有必要对每批产品进行溶出度检查 ,以确保疗效。

This paper the report that dissolution rates of Gonglaoquhuo tablest were determined to provide basis for the appraisal and control of the medicine quality. According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2000) dissolution method Ⅰ, the absorbance of baicalin in Gonglaoquhuo tablets was determined by using UV spectrophotometry and water as medium at 276nm. The dissolution rates of Gonglaoquhuo tablets were calculated. The parameters (T 50 、T d、m) obtained from these samples were brought for correlation analysis. The results Showcd that lhe dissolution tates of Gonglaoquhuo tablets from different batch samples were remarkably different(P<0 01). determination of the dissolution rates of Gonglaoquhuo tablets should be performed for its quality control.
