摘要
本文研究了活性炭对红豆杉细胞悬浮培养褐变的抑制 ,优化出活性炭培养基 ,确定了活性炭加入的最佳时间为对数生长期 ,并与另一种吸附剂PVP进行了比较 ,结果表明 :活性炭主要是通过吸附细胞分泌到细胞外的有害代谢产物而发生作用的。
This research deals with browning restrain effects of Activated Charcoal on Taxus suspending cells,obtains AC medium and determines the best addition time which is the logarithmic phase.All this above plus the comparison between AC and another absorption PVP indicate that the effective results of AC is mainly by absorbing the harmful metabolites which the cells secret outside.
