类固醇激素在体外对肿瘤细胞bcl-2表达及端粒酶活性影响的研究

The Study on the Regulation of Telomerase by Steroid Hormones and Influnce of bcl-2 Expression Level

探讨类固醇激素对端粒酶活性调节的机制及 bcl- 2蛋白水平表达的影响。采用 PCR- ELISA方法检测类固醇激素作用前后 KS、SGC端粒酶活性的改变 ,免疫组化 S- P方法检测 bcl- 2蛋白表达水平。结果说明乙烯雌酚显著增强 KS、SGC端粒酶的活性 ,丙酸睾丸酮和乙烯雌酚不同程度增强bcl- 2蛋白表达。

The study on the regulation of telomerase by steroid hormones and influnce of bcl 2 expression level was reposed. Telomerase activity was determined by PCR ELISA and the expression of bcl 2 protein was studied by immunohistochemistry in untreated or treated k 562 cells and SGC cells. The result showed that telomerase activity of k 562 cells or SGC cells was significantly enhanced when treated with dietosteroni, the expression levels of bcl 2 protein was enchanced in varying degrees when treated with proionatis or dietosteron.
