研究了铕 ( )与 5- Br- PADAP的显色反应 .结果表明 :在 p H=8.0 5的NH4 Cl- NH3· H2 O缓冲体系中 ,铕 ( )与 5- Br- PADAP进行最佳络合 .最大吸收波长λmax=60 5nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 4.67× 1 0 4 L· mol- 1· cm- 1,铕 ( )含量在 0— 1 .52μg· m L-
The conditions of Eu(Ⅲ) with 5 Br PADAP is reported in this paper. It is found that Eu(Ⅲ) reacts with 5 Br PADAP in a pH 8.05 buffer solution to form a complex with maximum absorption at 605nm, the molar absorptivity is 4.67×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0—1.52μg·mL -1 .
