摘要
随着现代田径运动比赛激烈程度的不断增强 ,技术能力的发挥要求越来越高 ,对运动员赛前身体准备提出了很高的要求 ,如何运用生理学知识 ,控制准备活动过程 。
With the intensity of modern track and field sports increasing and high level techiques demanded, athletes are highly required to do some warming up exercises before competition. How to use physiological knowledge to control this process plays an important part in improving sports results and avoiding injuries in competition.
