摘要
50~ 2 0 0 mg/L优康唑处理可延缓柚树苗生长 ,减少叶面积和比叶面积 ,增加叶厚和叶肉密度 ,提高叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量 ,降低 Chla/b比值 .在 50~ 2 0 0 mg/L优康唑处理下 ,柚苗光合速率上升 ,Rd/Pn比值下降 .50~ 1 0 0 mg/L优康唑处理提高叶片 Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm,ΦPS ,q P,降低 q N,KD,从而促进叶片 PS 的光化学活性 .50~ 2 0 0 mg/L优康唑处理能提高柚类叶片 NR,Ni R,GS和 SOD,CAT,APX活性 ,表明叶片氮代谢水平和抗氧化能力增强 .优康唑处理的最佳浓度为 1 0 0 mg/L.
50~200mg/L Uniconazole significantly (P<005) retarded the growth of pomelo seedlings,decreased leaf area and specific leaf area,increased leaf thickness and mesophyll density,enhanced the contents of leaf chlorophyll and carotenoid,reduced chla/b ratio.Leaf Pn was improved,and Rd/Pn ratio was decreased under 50~200mg/L Uniconazole treatments.Application of 50~100mg/L Uniconazole could increase Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡ,q_P,and decrease q_N,K_D,therefore improve the photochemical activity of leaf photosystemⅡ.The activities of NR,NiR,GS and SOD,CAT,APX were significantly increased by 50~200mg/L Uniconazole treatments,and it is suggested that the level of leaf nitrogen metabolism and the capacity of antioxidation were enhanced.100mg/L Uniconazole was therefore suggested on pomelo.
