摘要
综述了近年来对直流和太拉赫兹 (THz)交流驱动的半导体超晶格中相干过程的研究 .在Floquet态激子能谱结构的基础上 ,着重介绍了THz驱动、直流偏置下半导体超晶格中光学超快过程 (包括线性吸收和非线性波混频等 )的一些动力学效应 ,如激子Wannier Stark阶梯的劈裂与摆动、动力学Fano共振、局域化与去局域化等 .
A review is presented on recent investigations of the coherent dynamics in superlattices in the presence of a dc and THz ac electric fields. A special attention is paid to optical properties in this system, including the splitting and wavering of the Wannier Stark ladder in four wave mixing spectra. The dynamic Fano resonance, the optical signals enhanced by the dynamic localization, etc., which are dealt with in the framework of excitonic Floquet states. Also discussed is the possibility of an alternative THz source built up in the superlattice, namely, the superlattice driven by a near infrared bichromatic laser with the THz difference frequency.
