摘要
采用多种实验技术研究外延生长在GaAs(0 0 1)表面的Mn、Co和FeMn合金等磁性金属薄膜 .研究结果表明外延生长的磁性薄膜的晶体结构和磁学性质与体材料相比有明显的差别 .在一些情况下 。
Epitaxially grown magnetic thin films of Mn, Co and FeMn alloy on GaAs(001) surfaces have been studied by various experimental techniques. The result shows that the crystal structures and magnetism of the magnetic thin films via epitaxial growth are different from these of bulk magnetic materials. In some cases, the interface structure between epitaxial thin films and substrates plays a crucial role in determining the crystal structures and magnetism of magnetic thin films.
