摘要
在介质阻挡放电中 ,计算不同的放电间隙、气压、介电常数和介质厚度等放电条件下的表面电荷量 ,在VD和SD两种情况下分别进行测量 .比较实验和计算结果 。
The charge accumulated on the dielectric surface in DBD is calculated for various parameters, such as discharge gap, gas pressure, dielectric constant and thickness of the dielectric in different gases. The charges both in VD and SD of DBD are measured. The experimental results are compared with calculation. Then the discharge mechanism is discussed.
