The Research on A Exact Current Buffer Based on Four-Transistor Current Copy Unit

摘要 提出了一种四管电流复制单元 ,以该电流复制单元设计的电流缓冲器具有优异的电流复制精度 ,线性复制范围 ,带宽性能和由该电流复制单元组成的电流复制器输入阻抗小 ,输出阻抗大 。 A new structure called Current Buffer which consists of two four transistor current copy units for input stages of current mode system is presented. The theoretical simulation shows the excellent characteristics of the Current Buffer, which includes good copy precision, full scale range, small input impedance and large output impedance.
