摘要
实施学分制对于高校推进教育观念、 培养模式、 教学方法的改革是一个合理的选择， 本文对这一过程中怎样整合选课的自由度和规范性、 过程管理和目标管理、非学分制管理措施与学分制管理措施提出了作者的一些看法和做法。
To implement the credit system is an intelligent choice for college and university to transform their old educational concept and training pattern,and reform their teaching method.In this paper,some workable suggestions are offered on the limitation of course selection,the process supervision and target supervision,and the management of noncredit and credit systems.
