ON THE DIRECTIVE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE THEORY THAT TECHNOLOGY IS THE FIRST PRODU CTIVITY TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL TOWN WITH UNIVERSITIES

东莞市为率先基本实现现代化，作出了创建中国著名大学科技城的战略决策。本文拟从邓小平同志关于“科学技术是第一生产力”的论断 ,从理论上论述经济发达地区同高校实现强强联合 ,走科技强市之路是实现经济快速增长的必然要求。

In order to be the first to realize basic modernization,Dongguan City has made a strategic decision to build a Technological Town Town theory with Famous Chinese Universities.Based on Comrade Deng Xiaoping's that 'Technology is the First Productivity',this paper expounds the necessity foran economically developed region to combine itself with famous universities,which will bring about its rapid development of economy and boom the city through technology.
