摘要
以齐齐哈尔市为工作单元 ,设计了基于GIS的防洪信息系统 ,为防洪指挥调度部门掌握、控制汛情和灾情变化 ,提供快速反应能力和决策支持 。
Take Qiqihar as the work unit,design flood control information system on GIS.This system can provide capability of rapid reaction and support of decision for department of flood control to master and control the change of flood and disaster,and make the flood control administer adapted to the desire of suphisticated scientific management.
