摘要
基于黑体辐射原理 ,研制成新型蓝宝石高温光纤传感器及光纤温控仪 ,对蓝宝石光纤高温传感头的热辐射特性进行了理论分析 .经标定 ,仪器的测温范围为 60 0 -180 0℃ ,可分辨温度优于 0 .1℃ ,空间分辨率约为 1.5cm ,可用于科研和工业生产中特殊环境下的温度测量 .
A new sapphire optical fiber high_temperature sensor and its thermometer were developed based on the mechanism of blackbody radiance. Theoretical and experimental studies were made on its thermal radiance. The instrument used from 600 ℃ to 1 800 ℃ has the accuracy of 0.1 ℃ and the space resolution of 1.5 cm. The instrument can be applied both in technological research and industrial enterprises with some specific environment for temperature measurement.
