摘要
目的探讨荧光素酶的活性和稳定性.方法酶亚单位重聚和酶固相化.结果获得稳定、高活性的荧光素酶.结论亚单位重聚和酶固相化是酶稳定性和活性的保证.
Objective To study the stability and activity of fluorescein enzyme.Methods Polymerization of the subunit and solid phase reaction of enzyme.Results The stable and high active enzyme were got.Conclusion The polymerization of subunit and solid phase reaction of enzyme are the guarantee of stability and activity of the enzyme.
