摘要
以蔗渣为原料 ,经过膨化、白腐菌处理以及 H2 O2 漂白等工序 ,有效地去除了蔗渣中的木质素 ,制备得纯度高 ,组织柔软蔬松、色泽佳的膳食纤维 .本文探讨了膨化的条件 ,白腐菌处理的时间以及 H2 O2 漂白的条件 ,并确定出最佳的制备工艺流程 .
Followed by explosion and white rot fungus′ treating and hydrogen peroxide bleaching and other ways, the lignin was detached efficiently from the bagasse and dietary fiber was prepared from bagasse, which was high in purity and loose and soft in texture and good in color. The condition of explosion and the treated time by white rot fungus and condition of hydrogen peroxide bleaching were investigated in this paper, and the optimal process was determined.
