Researches Into the Moral Character of Junior Middle School Teachers in Developed Areas of South Jiangsu

苏南发达地区在经济全球化的时代充满着机遇与挑战。经济社会的现代化与教育现代化组成相生的系统结构。人的现代化是社会现代化的前提与旨归。本文据此阐释苏南发达地区加强初中教师思想品德建设的重要意义 ,分析目前的基本状况 ,针对存在的问题 ,提出若干可资改进的设计。

With economic globalization,the developed areas of south Jiangsu are faced with great oppertunities and challenges.The close relationship between the modernization of economic societs and that of education makes it a system,so the modernization of human beings is the premise and at the same time,the destination of social modernization.As a result,this essay explains the importance of strengthening the junior middle school teachers in developed areas of south Jiangsu ideologically,analyzes the present situation and puts forward some proposals that may help to improve such situation.
