摘要
利用 RAPD分析技术 ,选取 1 3个具有 1 0个碱基长度的随机引物 ,对开淡黄色花和橙色花的金盏菊进行了扩增反应 .在对扩增产物进行琼脂糖电泳后显示 :有 9个随机引物扩增出条带 ,一共扩增出条带 89条 ,平均每个随机引物扩增约 1 0条 ;在 9个随机引物中 ,有 3个引物扩增的条带在两种不同花色金盏菊中有差异 .此项研究结果将为分析控制淡黄色和橙色花色有关的基因提供一点新的思路 .
The RAPD markers generated by 13 random primers, 10bp in every one, discriminated light Yellow-flowered and orange-flowered Calendula officinalis. 89 bands were amplifed from 9 among 13 primers used, the average bands of each primer were 10. The results indicated that three primers (S 3,S 9,S 10 )of used could reval polymorphisms between two kinds of color-flowered.
