冰片对胰岛素透粘膜吸收的促进作用研究

An Enhancement Research of Insulin Transmucosal-absorption with Borneol

考察冰片对胰岛素透口腔粘膜吸收的促进作用 .以SD大鼠为对象 ,以血糖浓度为指标 ,研究不同浓度的冰片对胰岛素透口腔粘膜吸收的促进作用 .研究发现 ,一定浓度的冰片 (0 .12 % )能显著促进胰岛素透口腔粘膜的吸收 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但由于冰片水溶性极差 ,其剂量依赖性不很明显 ,即增加冰片的量不一定能成比例地促进药物的吸收 .冰片对胰岛素透口腔粘膜吸收有显著促进作用 .

Insulin transmucosal absorption tests are performed by measuring the variation of glucose level of blood in SD rats. The transmucosal absorption of insulin ( P <0.05) is significantly enhanced by borneol. There is not a optimal significant dose dependant effect on different constants of Borneol for its insolubility in aqueous solution. The optimal constant of Bornel is 0.12?%. The transmucosal absorption of insulin is effectively enhanced by borneol.
