摘要
利用基因枪法将植物雪花莲凝集素基因 (gna基因 )导入到粳稻品种鄂宜 10 5和鄂晚 5号中 ,在R3 代得到 gna基因位点纯合的株系 15份 ,从中选择 5份株系 (分别来自不同的独立转基因单株 )进行后续研究。生物学鉴定结果表明这些株系对褐飞虱具有明显的抑制作用。转基因材料与对照品种相比 ,主要农艺性状表现一致 。
Mature seed derived callus from Japonica rice cv.Eyi 105 and Ewan No.5 were transformed with the snowdrop( Galanthus nivalis) lectin gene (gna) via particle bombardment.Fifteen plants regenerated from ten independent transgenic rice plants lf R 0 generation were homozyous lines expressing gna at R 3 generation,revealed by PCR analysis.Insect bioassay results showed that these homozyous lines had significant inhibition to brown planthopper.Agronomy traits of transgenic rice plants were almost identical with control variety,but their fertility declined.
