文章通过分析TCP/IP协议 ,阐述了常用互联网应用的实现原理 ,介绍了dsSocket控件的使用方法 ,编程序完成了对Internet的访问 ,实现了文件传输、POP3邮件等互联网常见服务的编程。

By analysing TCP/IP protocol,this paper expounds the principle of the common applications of Internet,introduces the using method of dsSocket control and completes the program of common functional services such as file transfer and POP3 E mail.
