集成阵列波导光栅作波分复用信道频率赋值的讨论

摘要 文章介绍了集成阵列波导光栅作波分复用的光栅方程 ,得到了自由光谱范围 ,讨论了信道频率排列对复用数的影响 ,提出了复用频率周期性排列规律 ,实现了在相同的AWG中复用波长数成平方律增加。 In this paper,the equation of integrated arrayed waveguide grating in wavelength multiplexer is introduced and the free spectral range is obtained.It is discussed that the effect of channel frequency assignment on number of multiplex wavelength.The periodic assignment regularity of multiplex frequency is presented and the number of multiplex wavelength is added in the same AWG.
