摘要
耐磨性是材料重要的机械性能之一 .文中采用国产MM_2 0 0型摩擦磨损试验机对新型Grp·Al2 O3_SiO2 (sf) /ZL10 9复合材料进行了干滑动摩擦磨损试验 ,并探讨了石墨在其中的作用 .同时采用HB_30 0 0型布氏硬度计测定了与摩擦磨损性能相关的硬度指标 .
Wear resistance is one of the most significant mechanical properties of materials. By using MM_200 equipment, experiments were done to measure the dry tribological and wearable properties of Gr p·Al 2O 3_SiO 2(sf)/ZL109 composites and to investigate the effects of Gr p. Hardness was also obtained by means of HB_3000 sclerometer and the relationship between hardness and the performances of friction and wear was discussed.
