摘要
提出了快速成型的反问题 .在对物理实体测量获得了一系列切片后 ,用顶点的双向循环链表描述了切片轮廓线的数据结构 ,并用树形结构确定同一层面轮廓线的相互包容关系 ,根据相邻层面的轮廓线的匹配原则 ,用三角形面片对相邻层面之间的表面进行插值 ,从而重构出实体的几何表面 ,生成了描述该表面的数据文件———STL文件 .
This paper puts forward the reversed problem of rapid prototyping. After getting a series of slices by measuring the physical solid, the slice contour are expressed in double circular linked list and the containing relation of the contours in one layer is determined in tree's data structures. According to the principle of matching contours of adjoining layers, the geometry surface of the solid is interpolated by the triangle nets. The solid surface was expressed in STL files, data files describing solid surface.
