摘要
为了以ZnS为基质材料获得蓝色电致发光 ,烧结了ZnS :Cu ,进而制备了薄膜电致发光显示器件 .测量了其电致发光光谱 ,发现它具有 4个峰 .研究了发光强度随电压、频率变化的规律 .结果表明 ,利用ZnS :Cu可获得蓝色电致发光 .
In order to realize blue electroluminescence from ZnS host, we fired ZnS:Cu powder. Thin film electroluminescent device is fabricated based on this material. The electroluminescent spectra are measured and four peaks are found. The influence of voltage and frequency of driven signal on the brightness of the device are also measured. The blue electroluminescence is obtained.
