摘要
本文介绍了新开发的CR80-1型冲压机器人的结构和工作原理。着重介绍新开发的增速机构,气液系统、分料器、控制系统等关键技术。这些关键技术的开发保证了冲压机器人的整机性能,经工业生产运行考核证明,控制系统安全可靠,使用维修方便,满足了生产要求。
The principle and the structure of type CR80-1 pressing robot are introduced in this paper. Some keytechniques newly developed such as speed mechanism, pneumatic and bydraulic system, distributor, con-trol system are presented. Development of these techniques ensures the quality of the pressing robot. Prac-tical operation proves that the control system is reliable, and the robot can be used and maintained easily.
