摘要
介绍了华林广场上部高层住宅、下部大空间商业用房主体结构的概念设计。上部采用大空间、小肢墙筒结构 ,使小肢墙落在下部大空间框筒结构柱之上 ,取消了转换层 ,提高了结构的安全性和抗震性能 ,同时节约土建部分造价近 2 4 %。
This paper presents the conceptive design when the top of the building is tall residence and the bottom of the building is large space structure. The top is the long span short shear wall and tube structure. The bottom is the long span framed tube structure. It makes the center of gravity of the short wall and frame colume overlap, cancels the transfer story, rises structure safety and aseismic behaviour, and saves 24 percent out of the civil engineering cost.
