大断面吊顶结构隧道窑设计中的改进建议与设想

Reformed Proposal and Ideas on Designing Large Cross-section Crane Ceiling Tunnel Kiln

分析了我国砖瓦行业吊平顶隧道窑的某些细部结构中存在的问题 ,结合国外先进经验 ,提出了大断面吊顶结构隧道窑在吊顶结构形式、侧墙与钢柱的连结、热伸缩缝的预留位置、侧墙支撑与保温、砂封、窑车车面层结构、送排风系统、顶车机位置等方面设计中的改进建议与设想。

The paper analyses some detail structural problems of suspension flat-ceiling tunnel kiln in China. And raises the reformed proposal and idea during designing tunnel kiln, and discusses suspension ceiling struction, connection between side wall and steel pillar, place of heat expansion joint, side wall surpport and thermal insulation, sand seal, surface struction of kiln car, exhaust system and pusher place.
